To become a member of Lovepoint (www.lovepoint.com.au)  ABN: 43 939 200 619 you must read and agree to the terms and conditions below.
By registering and participating in Lovepoint (www.lovepoint.com.au) you agree to abide by all of the following statements:

• I verify that I am at least 18 years old
• I will not use Lovepoint to convey any personal contact details in my profile eg: e-mail address, phone numbers, icq numbers, websites
• I will not include in my profile any sexual references or sexually suggestive language or unethical requests
• I will not use Lovepoint for any personal or commericial advertising .
• All information which you give Lovepoint which is not for display on your personal profile, such as name, e-mail address will be kept strictly confidential
• I understand that it is the responsibility of the person viewing the site to search their area of residence or preferred location for listings of members who they feel they would like to make contact with
• I understand that it is the responsiblity of the person submitting information, to view the site and read the relevant informaton regarding terms and conditions before submitting a profile and paying for membership
• I understand that all monies paid to Lovepoint are non refundable
• If you cancel your membership no refund will be issued for the remaining membership
• I will treat e-mail which I receive as private and confidential
• I will not harrass others by continuing to reply to someone who has clearly asked me to stop
• I will respond to ads in a courteous and respectful manner
• I will not send any vulgar, rude, sexually explicit or abusive emails to any members.
• I understand that Lovepoint reserves the right to reject and/or delete information supplied by myself that they see as unfit for public viewing including photographs, Videos and comments 
• I understand that Lovepoint terms and conditions, rules, regulations and guidelines are put in place for a specific reason and I shall abide and respect these rules
• I understand that if I do not respect Lovepoint’s terms and conditions, rules, regulations and guidelines that Lovepoint reserves the right to delete my profile and membership immediately and no refund will be issued for the remaining membership
• I will ensure that all questions/comments I send to Lovepoint administration staff are written in a courteous and respectful manner
• I understand that if I email a question or comment to Lovepoint administration staff and any of the contents of my email contain any angry, arrogant, abusive, rude or threatening comments my email will not be answered
• I understand that Lovepoint can not guarantee to find me a partner
• I understand that Lovepoint can not guarantee that members will reply to any of my emails as it is the sole decision of the individual member as to whether they choose to reply to any emails I send them
• I understand that Lovepoint accepts no responsibilty for any messages sent to me by other members
• I understand that Lovepoint offers free & paid memberships that have different access levels
• I understand that Lovepoint offer gift sending from member to member and any credits purchased are final no refunds will be given
• I understand NOT to upload any music, pictures, videos or any other content that i do not have permission for.
• I understand and respect copy right laws and will not use any such material on Lovepoint
• I agree that I am solely responsible for all information which is detailed on my profile
• I understand that Lovepoint is not responsible for any breakdown of services, viruses or online services that may arise when using this service
• I understand that I am responsible for all online charges from my access and telephone providers
• I will not use this service to send junk mail
• I understamd that Lovepoint may use my picture's for marketing and match making puposes 
• Lovepoint will never sell or otherwise share your name, e-mail address or any other personal information with any other business without your permission
• We do not warrant that Lovepoint will be error-free or uninterrupted.  The service is provided as supplied.  There may be interruptions, omissions and delays in the availability of the service.  Where permitted by law, you agree that the service is provided without any warranties.  You agree that the service is at your own risk.  We do not guarantee, represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any member profile.
• On entering Lovepoint, applying for membership or during your continued use of it, you must be in compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, as well as the laws, rules and regulations of the Commonwealth of any State and Territory in Australia.
• By using Lovepoint, you agree not to transmit content:
• that infringes a third parties rights
• that is unlawful, defamatory or inappropriate
• that will infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party
• By using Lovepoint, you acknowledge you are doing so at your own risk
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied representations and warranties in relation to your use of this website.  Where our liability can not be excluded by law, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid in membership fees to use this website
• You do not have the right to assign this agreement or your rights for this service to anyone else
